We like to consider all our staff as key individuals, but to acknowledge just some of our staff we begin with:
Executive Director
Our Founder and Executive Director Adrienne Sabourin ensures that all elements of the agency are working smoothly and that all parties are being recognized. Always putting others first, trust and open communication are benchmarks of the agency, working together to provide support and self-determination of our valued clients. If you are considering options and would like to know how to start the process with regards to individual supports for yourself or someone you know, this is the person to contact.
General Manager
Neal Sabourin makes sure that all elements of the agency are running smoothly and effeciently. A very dynamic position that may have Neal mediating a discussion, improving policies/procedures, or developing technology to improve the agency.
Financial Manager
Nicole Gauthier looks after the financial side of the agency and can answer any questions regarding funding, taxes, pay cheques, holiday pay etc.
Human Resources Coordinator
Indira Sanchez is in charge of all employee file management. interviewing, hiring and training, payroll distribution. Indira also ensures that proper and adequate Community Access, Residential and Respite Staffing are in place.
Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Irela Montes helps the HR department run smoothly, she is usually the first point of contact for many of our new and current employees. Irela is responsible for much of our workshop registrations, reference checks, valid first aid certificates, adequate vehicle insurance if applicable.
Case Managers
Our Case Managers Tammy Bent, Donna Hardy, Elaine Benacchio, Elizabeth Bodnar, Penny Tataryn, Lindsay Jordan, Rose Ondieki, Pat Saulteaux, Adyeska Sandino, and Tony Revolone monitor the quality of supports our client's receive. They are well educated in their fields and have a wide knowledge of programs and subsidies that are offered throughout the province. They diligently address our clients goals, guardian/parent concerns, maintain professional guidance, and coordinate communication with the professional community.
Administrative Assistant
Susan Lowenberg who sits at the front desk as our Administrative Assistant. Susan is the welcoming and understanding first contact many people have with the agency. Susan, with her positive attitude, begins the process of helping others by directing concerns or questions to the appropriate team member on staff who is best to assist.
Social Coordinator
Anna Sims responsible for coordinating fun and exciting events for our Clients to participate in, allowing them a venue to socially network and make friends.
